Background

"I started in Mercedes with a company of my own. Today I carry the voice of SMEs and businesswomen into national and international forums. What I know, I learned by doing it."

More than 19 years ago I founded LUDMARC SRL in Mercedes, 100 km from Buenos Aires: wholesale food distribution, a bakery and an online supermarket. A company that grew from the interior, innovating and professionalizing year after year.

That experience led me into business leadership. Today I preside over Mujeres Empresarias at the Federación Económica de Buenos Aires (FEBA), serve as Deputy Secretary of Mujeres Empresarias at the Confederación Argentina de la Mediana Empresa (CAME) and as Vice President of the Convergencia Empresarial de Mujeres (CEMS).

I represented Argentina at the B20 in India, Brazil and South Africa, was selected as Community Leader for Latin America and the Caribbean at UNCTAD eTrade for Women, and took part in Santander W50 at the London School of Economics. Every step confirmed the same thing: when there is purpose, there is a path.Where you come from doesn’t limit where you can go.

In more than seven years of listening to businesswomen across the region I saw the same thing again and again: they don’t scale for lack of processes, of network, and of a mirror that shows them what they already have. Structuring that path, and taking it to where decisions are made, is my specialty.
